Meet Chef Dimmy

Dimmy is a Brazilian chef based in Western Australia with over 20 years of experience, six of those in Perth. His food has a special taste that includes hot spices and herbs influenced by traditional northeastern Brazilian cuisine. One of Dimmy's main goals when stepping into the kitchen is to create delicious meals from a fusion of flavours from different cultures, including native Australian food.
